His distinguished career includes serving as Chairman of the Quapaw Business Committee, Treasurer of the National Indian Gaming Association, and co-founder of Red Feather Productions.

Luigi Mastropietro is the Vice President of Relationship Marketing at IGT with nearly 30 years of experience in casino marketing, player development, and loyalty solutions. A recognized leader in gaming innovation, he has helped develop award-winning technologies and strategies used by casinos throughout North America.

Joseph Decorah is the Government Relations Senior Executive at GLI, bringing more than 32 years of experience in Indian gaming and business development. As member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, he has held leadership roles with Ho-Chunk Gaming, served as Executive Director of Business for the Ho-Chunk Nation, and chaired the Ho-Chunk Gaming Commission, making him a respected voice in tribal gaming and government relations.

David Elmore is the Head of Casino Services at GLI, where he partners with casino operators across North America on emerging industry challenges, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, iGaming, and technology integration. With more than 15 years of experience in engineering, compliance, and casino technology, he brings extensive expertise in helping operators navigate the evolving gaming landscape.

Alice Irwin is the Vice President of Bingo and Keno Business at Gaming Arts, bringing more than 40 years of experience in casino operations and gaming leadership.
